Explosion-Proof & Safe Operation: Powered entirely by compressed air, eliminating electrical sparks in hazardous environments.
Precise Pressure Control & Regulation: Easily adjust the output pressure (up to 3500 bar) using the drive air regulator valve. The system features a pressure control accuracy of less than 1% F.S.
Automatic Operation: The pump automatically stops when the preset pressure is reached and restarts if pressure drops, ensuring consistent test conditions without constant supervision.
Robust & Durable Construction: Built with a stainless steel frame, high-pressure needle valves, and all-stainless steel pipes for long-lasting reliability and corrosion resistance.
Energy Efficient & Eco-Friendly: Consumes only compressed air, leading to significant energy savings compared to fully electric systems.
Compact & User-Friendly: The integrated control cabinet design makes operation simple, with all gauges and valves conveniently mounted on the front panel.

The operational heart of this system is the TEREK Fluid Booster Pump, which operates on a reciprocating amplifier principle. A large air piston is directly connected to a much smaller high-pressure liquid piston. The 510:1 pressure ratio is the difference between these two areas.
Reciprocating Action: A built-in four-way valve automatically controls the piston's reciprocating motion, continuously building pressure.
Proportional Output: The output liquid pressure is calculated by multiplying the drive air pressure by the pump's pressure ratio.
Auto-Stop & Pressure Hold: When the force from the output liquid pressure balances the force from the drive air pressure, the pump automatically stops. The system maintains this preset pressure until a leak causes a drop, at which point the pump seamlessly restarts to compensate.
This versatile hydrostatic test equipment is suitable for a wide array of applications, including:
Pressure Testing of Components: Valves, pipes, hoses, tubing, pressure vessels, and fittings.
Research & Development Labs: For material strength testing and high-pressure fluid dynamics research.
Industrial Manufacturing & QA: In aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries.
Calibration: Of other pressure instruments and systems.
Any process requiring a reliable, high-pressure liquid source.
